Participate with your colleagues and friends in an unique team challenge. The Highlander TEAMS. Together with 2 other colleagues you participate in the Highlander 15. Your times will be accumulated. Which team will crown itself as the Highlanders of the Mountains ? Whether you are a beginner, a runner who prefer short distances and speed, sharing this challenge with your colleagues and friends will create incredible memories and something to talk about on Monday next to the coffee machine.
And don't forget, for each finishing teammember a cold beer awates you at the finish
line. 
This course starts and finishes in Gstaad, beginning in the village with an ascent between chalets and luxury hotels, reminding us that we are in Gstaad. After just under 2 km, we reach the trails overlooking the Turbach valley and its beautiful mountain pastures, typical of the Bernese Oberland.

 

Once you reach the Grosses Eige mountain pasture, the slope becomes steeper as you head towards the Hornberg plateau and its artificial lake. The rest of the route is much easier going as you head towards the Horneggli refreshment station (accessible for accompanying persons by chairlift from Schönried).

Participants then skirt around the Hornfluh, crossing a forest worthy of the Brothers Grimm fairy tales, before beginning the final descent to Gstaad: nearly 800 metres of elevation loss still separate them from the finish line, located on the village's magnificent main street.
